9:30-10:15 | Office for Enrollment Strategy & Insights (ESI) and IU CRM Overview Learn alongside others as the ESI Team describe the basic principles of a CRM and the processes of the enterprise system, IUCRM. The presentation will begin with introductions from ESI’s newest team members, Jen and Patrick, who will be working with IUPUI’s Graduate Office to help programs leverage the CRM. 10:30-11:30 | Making social work for you: best practices for optimizing social media in graduate program recruitment In this presentation, participants will learn about the social media platforms and how to best communicate with each platform’s audience to attract, showcase, and retain graduate students. You’ll also learn content best practices and current trends that will work for professional and graduate students, and review resources available for creating, scheduling, and analyzing social media performance.
