New PhD Graduate Minor Request FormPropose a New Graduate or Professional Degree Minor
The IU Graduate School Indianapolis must receive new PhD minor proposals by midnight on Thursday at least two (2) weeks prior to the next regularly scheduled Graduate Affairs Committee meeting. Please check the meeting schedule.
Contact Dezra Despain and ask for the Program Minor form, fill it out, then submit it to Dezra Despain and Dr. Keith Avin no later than two (2) weeks prior to the GAC meeting.
