Please plan to bring some paperweights or brochure holders in case it is windy.
If we need to move the event inside to the Campus Center due to inclement weather, you will receive an email on Sunday the 24th to alert you of the change and to provide you with parking information for that location. If you do NOT hear from Jennifer Mahoney on Sunday, the event will be held as scheduled outside in the Taylor Courtyard tent.
September weather in Indianapolis is typically in the upper 70s to low 80s for highs, and lows in the upper 50s and low 60s. Plan to dress in layers, wear sunblock/hat/sunglasses and bring an umbrella just in case.

We recommend the Holiday Inn Express which you can reserve at the IUPUI discounted rate of $99+ tax per night for a King bed and a full-size pullout sleeper sofa or two Queen beds. Parking is $25 per car per day. All rooms include a mini refrigerator and a microwave. Displays and related materials may be shipped prior to the Grad Expo to Jennifer Mahoney, IU Graduate School Indianapolis, 755 West Michigan, UL 1170, Indianapolis, IN 46202. If you need your materials shipped back to your institution at the conclusion of Expo, bring a FedEx mailing label to the event so we can send it back.
The event will be held under a tent in the courtyard in front of Taylor Hall which has the building code of UC on the campus map. Parking will be in the North Street Parking Garage (XC on the map). The garage is located at 819 W. North Street, Indianapolis, IN 46202. If you are not affiliated with IUPUI, we will provide validation for you to park in this garage. Take a ticket upon entrance into the garage. Once you are parked, go to the first floor exit (you will see our large white tent across the street), but go east to the crosswalk at Michigan Street, and head back west to the tent in Taylor Courtyard.
