Training and discussion modules covered in these dialogues were developed by the National Research Mentoring Network. Topics include: Maintaining Effective Communication, Aligning Expectations, Assessing Understanding, Promoting Research Self-Efficacy, Fostering Independence, & Promoting Professional Development. This dialogues will help you become a better mentor, help you in your relationship with your mentor (mentoring up!), and is a national curriculum that you can list on your CV.
