If a student meets one or more conditions that result in a Purdue Late Graduation Deadline Fee, they must complete the Late Fee Form to remain on the semester graduation roster after the missed deadline. Go to the Deadlines Page to see deadlines for your intended semester of graduation.
Conditions which require the Purdue $200 Late Fee to remain a candidate:
- Plan of Study submitted and approved by the department on or after the first day of classes of the semester of graduation (final Graduate Office signature dates do not count against the deadline)
- Adding Candidacy Course after the Purdue deadline for candidacy enrollment
- Enrolling in Candidacy for 3 or more terms for the same degree
- Requesting to change a deposited thesis or dissertation after it is published
