Rebecca J. Ellis leads strategic planning and investment in graduate and professional programs at IU Indianapolis. She oversees enrollment services for these programs and collaborates with the Vice Chancellor for Research to align graduate education with institutional research priorities. In addition, she works closely with faculty to review and develop graduate programs, courses, and procedures, and chairs the Graduate Affairs Committee. Her role also includes tracking and analyzing trends in student progression, degree completion, and career outcomes to ensure clear and effective pathways to graduation.
