Recognizing Your Achievements

The Division of Student Affairs, the IUPUI Graduate Office, and Graduate and Professional Student Government are pleased to honor the 2020 IUPUI Elite 50.

Each year, IUPUI honors 50 graduate and professional students who demonstrate excellence beyond the classroom--in areas such as campus leadership, scholarly work, and community engagement.

The Elite 50 represent the best of the best among IUPUI’s graduate and professional students and capture everything that makes our campus exceptional.

Individuals who are positioned as the top 10 applicants receive the Premier 10 award. The Dr. Charles R. Bantz Award for Excellence is given to the top applicant among the Elite 50 candidates. The award is named after Chancellor Emeritus Charles R. Bantz in recognition of his service to the IUPUI community and his commitment to graduate and professional students.

We are proud of your achievement and, though we cannot gather on campus, we can join together online to share this moment.

You will be receiving your award in the mail by the end of May. Upon receipt, we ask you to share your excitement. We will include your award, letters of congratulations from Chancellor Nasser Paydar, Vice Chancellor Eric Weldy, and Interim Vice Chancellor for Research and Graduate Education Janice Blum, and a special gift on behalf of our Graduate and Professional Student Government.
