Graduate Affairs Committee
The Fellowship Committee reviews University Fellowship and Travel Fellowship applications as well as Block Grant applications.
The committee is chaired by a member of the Graduate Affairs Committee and consists of 11 other graduate faculty appointed by the associate dean.
University Fellowships are due in February. These prestigious awards are open to incoming students entering research-based programs who are nominated by their faculty. Travel Fellowships are received year round to support students presenting work at national and international venues. Travel fellowships are awarded after the event. Block Grants are awarded to schools to support graduate students in their research-based programs. These proposals are reviewed in December.
